  • At this time, we only ship within the United States and associated territories.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email. Should you have questions about your order, feel free to contact us via the Contact button in the top left of the screen.

  • Because our kits contain carefully selected, pre-cut papers, embellishments, and instructions that cannot be restocked or resold once prepared, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

    However, if your order arrives damaged or if something is missing, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

  • We take great care when packaging every order. If your package arrives damaged or you're missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Orders begin processing quickly to ensure timely shipping. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packaged or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
